Evergreen Cup Tournament Tai Chi competition

To All Evergreen Tournament participants:

Thanks you for your participation in the 2010 Evergreen Cup Tournament.

As the tournament date is fast approaching, below are a few important reminders / updates:

Although we have originally reserved two days for the tournament (07/17 and 07/18), we manage to schedule all the competitions in one day – July 18 Sunday. Please do not come on 07/17 Saturday.

Address of the competition site Wilson High School is 16455 Wedgeworth Drive , Hacienda Heights , CA 91745 .
Direction to the Wilson High School gymnasium is included in the attachment.

On July 18, registration starts at 7:30 am. Please come early to make sure that we can start the competition on time.

The competition schedule showing your event and time will be distributed to you at registration time. Here is the high level timetable for your information:

7:30 am – 8:30 am Sign In / Registration
8:30 am – 9:00 am Guest Speakers
9:00 am – 9:30 am Chen / Sun / Wu Style Demonstrations
9:30 am – 12:30 pm Individual Competitions
12:30 pm – 1:30 pm Lunch and Award
1:30 pm – 3:00 pm Group and Individual Competitions
3:10 pm – 3:35 pm Chen Dao / Yang Jian / Fan Demonstrations
4:00 pm – 5:00 pm Grand Championship Competition / Award

Please stay within the designated practice area to help us line up the competitors for the next events.

Free lunch with be provided.

We need all of you to resubmit and sign the Waiver Form at registration time.

A short Evaluation Form will be included in the registration package. We appreciate if you can complete the evaluation and return it with your valuable comments at the end of the tournament. We also need you to return your Competition Number at the end of the tournament so that we can reuse the numbers in the future.

If your master is present, please be sure to introduce him / her to one of our staff. We have a special VIP table reserved for all the visiting masters.

Lightning Taichi supports energy saving community services. On the date of competition, Cleo Community Language Efficiency Outreach will have a booth offering energy saving ideas and free gifts from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm.
